We ship to 27 countries. Orders are packed within 2–5 business days, and shipping costs and delivery estimates for your address are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

Yes, on orders over $150 CAD to every country we ship to except the United States. It's applied automatically at checkout.

Yes, for free. Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order from SCALE STUDIOS at 2/2STUDIOS, 70 Bongard Ave, Ottawa, ON K2E 7Z9. We'll email you when it's ready, usually within 24 hours. Bring your confirmation email.

Orders shipped outside Canada may be charged duties or import taxes by your country. These aren't included in our prices and are paid to the carrier, usually on delivery.

Once your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking link. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or email contact@scalestudios.co.

Pick your country with the currency button at the bottom of any page. Prices update across the site, and checkout charges you in that currency.

All sales are final, so we don't take returns for change of mind or fit. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email us within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
